Saghmosavank

Saghmosavank Monastery is well known for its unique collection of manuscripts. Once upon a time unique manuscripts and manuscripts were created and copied here. In memory of his daughter Mamahatun, Prince Vachutyan and his wife founded a Scriptorium (a room for correspondence of manuscripts) in 1255.

The monument to the Armenian alphabet

The monument to the Armenian alphabet is located on the eastern slope of Mount Aragats. It was built in 2005 and includes ornaments of 39 letters of the Armenian alphabet and monuments of great Armenians.

Voskevaz Winery

The Voskevaz winery produces excellent and rich-tasting wines from old varieties of local grapes, combining regional winemaking traditions with modern technologies.

The ArmAs Wine and Brandy factory, equipped with the latest Granzotto technology of Italian origin, has 160 hectares of land with vineyards and other fruit trees and receives more than 500 tons of grapes from different cities during the season.
